OUR MISSION:

As a ministry of First Baptist Church, our mission is to provide the very best care for one of God’s greatest gifts… your child. The staff at First Baptist Daycare is committed to providing a loving, nurturing atmosphere for children ages 6 weeks through age 4. It is our goal to create a positive learning environment for the social, emotional, spiritual, and physical development of your child.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday – Friday   7:00am to 6:00pm

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

·        The child must be between the ages of 6 weeks and 4 years old

·        A non-refundable Registration Fee of $35.00 is due at the time of enrollment

·        Enrollment and Emergency Authorization Forms, along with a current copy of Health Form #3231, is required at the time of enrollment.

TUITION:

·      Babies and Creepers: $125.00 per week  -  Toddlers, 2’s and 3’s: $120.00 per week

·        Tuition rates remain the same during holidays, center closings, or the absence of your child.

CURRICULUM:

The curriculum is based on the Georgia Early Standards for Babies through Threes.  These standards are implemented through the Wee Learn age level series, a Bible based curriculum published by Lifeway, and through supplemental, compatible, age-appropriate materials.

٠Infants are provided with an interactive, loving environment along with individual care.  Our goal with infants is to develop individual relationships between child and teacher in order for them to feel safe, secure and able to flourish.

٠Toddlers are provided with simplified circle time and learning appropriate activitites for their stage of development.  They are exposed to Bible stories,  songs, simple crafts, fine and large motor skill activities that are important for development. 

٠Twos, like the toddlers, are provided with simplified Bible stories and songs, circle time and learning appropriate activities for their stage of development.  In addition, we strive to achieve added socialization/communication skills and potty training.

٠Three’s and Four’s have weekly study units and daily circle time that consist of prayer, Bible stories, songs, weekly Bible verses and letter, shape and color recognition.  Our age appropriate curriculum is developed to provide a hands-on learning experience for your child.
