Wow! Tour 2005 is here.
We did our dress
rehearsals Thursday night at Pt. Magnolia
and Wesley Woods of Newnan. We were then sent off in greatly
by FBC homefolk and we
made it to Frankfurt with everyone in tack and all luggage
accounted for!
Hallelujah! & Amen! We had flight change over and swollen
feet from the long
flight. Our 1st concert went well and we are ready for some
sleep. Tomorrow we travel
to Leipzig and the church J.S. Bach was organ master for 27
years.
Goodnight and
check back tomorrow......

Day 5,
We spent the day in Dresden as we are traveling to
Prague. We ran through the city and took some of
these shots in the journey. We are looking forward to tomorrow's concert in
downtown Prague. We sing right outside the Hotel Intercontinental. Pray for God
to use us as we do our prayer walk in the inter city and through His song as we
minister to many unbelievers.

Day 6
What a day in Prague. The outside concert was better
than we could ever had expected. We were able to witness to hundreds of folk
from many different countries through song and personal witness as we gave out
clay crosses. We were able to meet folk one on one and we saw the Holy Spirit
work through those who came by. We saw people weeping as the choir sang and we
had many who asked which part of Germany we were from as we sang "Holy is the
Lord" in German. (GOD WAS WORK'N!)
This was a tremendous day as we meet with Stephen and Cathy Warren,
missionaries from Prague. They lead us in the prayer walk this morning
canvassing the downtown Prague area. Our eyes have been opened in great ways to
how these missionaries are doing God's work in a spiritually dark land. We also
have seen that going outside the church walls is how to reach people for Christ.
And how music has been a powerful tool with the Europeans.
Tomorrow we travel to Austria. Good night and keep praying.

Day 7:
We have traveled from Prague into Austria. We stopped along the way at
Lake Mondsee.
The Mondsee church, as you recall, is where the Vontrap wedding took place
in the movie "Sound of Music." We made our group photo and then made a memory in
remembering what Christ has done for us as we observed the Lord's Supper. It was
a moving moment with the Austrian Alps behind us and recalling all that has
happened during our tour. It was a moment that we will never forget. And of
course we did an impromptu concert. What a great day. What an awesome God.

Day 8:
Today we took a tour of Salsburg and were able to sing in the Salsburg
Dome. This Cathedral has 5 organs and has a 4 second decay in acoustics. The
choir sounded like angels.
We also sang in the Marabellim Palace and sounded like we were 300 strong.
Those who listened were moved by the sound of our students and we know that the
scripture text we sang will not return void. Tomorrow we travel to Switzerland.
Tonight we gave out letters from home to help us finish the tour well.
Thanks to all who wrote letters of encouragement. The students were moved.
Keep telling folk to check out the website.

Day 9:
Today we drove from Austria into the country of Switzerland. We stop in
one of the three smallest countries in the world, Lichtenstein. We also made a
quick stop in the Swaroski factory before leaving Austria. I just hope that our
stop didn't create a vacuum in the banks of Newnan!!!
Tomorrow we have a free day in the Switzerland city of Interlaken. Only
one day left.
