Day # 24-Heart for Christ & Discernment
Pray that God will give Joel a clear, biblical vision of what our church can and should be for His glory. Pray that Joel will communicate that vision clearly and confidently to the church and that he will have the full support of all the pastoral staff. Pray for each pastor by name to carry out their ministry role in tandem within God’s plan for the body.
Proverbs 29:18 Without revelation[a] people run wild, but one who follows divine instruction will be happy.
John 15:16 You did not choose me, but I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce fruit and that your fruit should remain, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he will give you.
John 17:17 Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.
2 Timothy 3:5 holding to the form of godliness but denying its power. Avoid these people.
