9:40 am - 10:40 am | Grade 1 - 5
Children are a gift of the Lord! Jesus himself cherished children and blessed them, saying in Matthew 19:14, "Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven." We believe that God has given parents the primary responsibility and privilege of bringing up children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord (Eph. 6:4; Deut. 6:4-9). It is the desire of our Children's Ministry to partner with each parent to effectively teach children about Christ's love and move them toward a personal relationship with Jesus.
Sunday School is a valuable tool we use to lay the foundation of the word of God for our children. We believe a safe and fun, creative environment will enhance the learning of God's word. We look forward to sharing with you and your child a ministry that is Christ-centered and child-focused . Join us for Sunday School each Sunday from 9:40 to 10:40.
*PARENTS -Children in grades 1st -5th grade will be dismissed from the church service at a designated time in the service. It includes worship songs, music videos, Scripture memory verses, weekly missions emphasis, drama scripts, and more!
Security and Check-in
At First Baptist Church Newnan, nothing is more important to us than the safety and security of your children. That’s why we’ve chosen Checkpoint as our children’s check-in solution to bring you the best check-in experience and to allow us to partner with you to keep your children safe. We also want our visitors to feel welcome and that their children are safe with across the board security measures.
