Prayer is the practice of the presence of God. It is the place where pride is abandoned, hope is lifted, and supplication is made. Prayer is the place of admitting our need, of adopting humility, and claiming dependence upon God. Prayer is the needful practice of the Christian. Prayer is the exercise of faith and hope. Prayer is the privilege of touching the heart of the Father through His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

I’ve been under a great deal of stress and anxiety. I need God to restore my peace. I’m asking God to intercede quickly and move this mountain. I can’t focus on anything else. Please pray for my 18-year-old son. He is very depressed. A couple of years back, he was diagnosed with a lifelong illness which put more on his plate. He secludes himself and is struggling spiritually. I know the relationship he had with Christ, and I pray that he can let go of the thoughts of the enemy and follow what God has intended for him. I don’t know what to do at this point except to pray and let God do the rest. Thank you. I just wanted to give glory and thanks to God and thank him for blessing my husband and I abundantly. We asked and sought financial freedom and he has blessed us with properties, our own business which is running successfully and flourishing, and he blessed us with a nice family car. Thank you, father god, for our answered prayers. You have given us financial freedom. I’m in the MA TESOL program, 2nd semester, but I’ve been lacking discipline in my studies. Pray that God will help me do better in my studies, and pray for the Holy Spirit to fill me with self-discipline—a fruit of the Spirit. Pray that I will do my studies with wisdom, understanding, vigor, holiness and joy. Pray that God will give me an English teaching position in Portland, and many volunteer hours. Pray for success in every project this semester. Also, pray that this summer God will provide me with an overseas English teaching job as an internship, to prepare me for overseas service. I’m 39, and it might be good to find a wife before I serve in a difficult area overseas—pray for that, but only if it is God’s will. Thanks. Please pray God opens a door for Full time Work with good wage and needed Car repairs.

Also increase faith salvation and assurance of salvation if I’m not saved Good morning, I would like to ask for prayer. I had the flu or rhinitis more than 30 days ago and it’s not going away. I’m praying the healing verses. Can the church also pray for me? I feel a little weak too even though I’m eating well. My name is Patricia Guerra.
