Whether you are curious or seriously seeking a new church home, you are very much welcome at First Baptist Church of Newnan. The steps below help you know what to expect on Sundays. We also have weekday programs for all ages — you are welcome to visit us then as well.
Sunday Mornings
1. Choose a Worship Service
8:30am and 10:50am
Join us for a worship experience that’s centered on Biblical teaching, meaningful music, and a time for prayer and giving. Whether you’re an early riser or prefer a later start, we’ve got you covered with two powerful services.
Arriving 15 minutes early will give you time to get settled—or come 30 minutes early if you’ve got kids, so you can check them in for their own fun, interactive worship!
Our greeters will be there to greet you and help you find a seat. If you’re attending the 10:50 AM service, children (1st–5th grade) will be invited to join our Children’s Worship during the service, where they’ll enjoy a creative, media-driven worship experience led by our amazing volunteers.
Parents can pick up their kids after the service in Room 227B on the Children’s Floor.
2. Find Your Spot
9:40am | Bible Study for all ages
Looking for more than just Sunday worship? We’ve got Bible study classes for every age group starting at 9:40am. Our First Impressions Team is here to answer any questions and help you find the perfect class for you and your family. You can park in our designated guest spots at the front entrance on West Washington Street, or around the back by the children’s check-in area on Madison Street.
For parents, we offer secure check-in for kids, ensuring they’re safe while you enjoy your own class. Middle and high school students meet at 9:40 AM in The Warehouse on Brown Street, where our Student Leadership Team will introduce them to their Sunday School group.

First Baptist Church of Newnan, Georgia, is located at 15 West Washington St, Newnan, GA.
The church is located one block West of the Court Square in downtown Newnan. It is easy access from I-85, Ga. Hwy 34, Ga. Hwy 16, and US Hwy 29.
